We ban them for your safety, we apply a fix for your safety. We take care of the players by making this a safe environment. The safety of the players and taking care of the hacker issue is the same thing. And we give the same events every week, for like, ever.

We're pretty reasonable if you talk to us. I bought Santa deco and after 5 days,got 'P.I.M.P.E D '. We invest money and time ,but we want savety and ur right about premium and that items with limited time. But i want my items back and the server more stable. i wait for 1 week and still no answer from support. i see gm posting about events, sale on CC but never answer about this in FB. I hope you guys answer this to make ppl feel safe or at least give us update. How would we know if your buying hacked items? ppl will just sell them same price Is the market saturated with hack items now? You guys should address this issue better and dont expect ppl not to get mad if all you guys say is your doing everything and just expect ppl to wait 1-4 weeks.

I have a feeling you guys be little or underestimate this problem and just dont give info to ppl or update us about this issue as long as the server keeps running and the ppl keep buying CC. this has been going on for more than a month now but you guys only addressed it like 3-5 days ago. pls dont wait till all ppl are hacked in 9D.

but 1-4 weeks wait and you cant even log your char coz you keep crashing is a waste of time and premium and events too.Дoing something about the hackers or getting the items back is not the issue here its the safety of the accts. GM you tell us your doing something about the hacking issue im sure many appreciate that.
